- ICU at Home packages
- Ambulance services
- Lab tests, pharmacy & medical equipment
Each service/package clearly shows:

- ICU at Home packages
- Whatโs included

- Estimated cost
Step 4: Book & Schedule
- Select location and preferred time
- Upload prescriptions or reports (if required)
- Choose:Preferred hospital OR
- โLet MEDZY assign best providerโ
- Accept terms and medical consent
Step 5: Make Payment
- Pay securely via UPI, card, or wallet
- Partial payment available for large packages
- Payment is made only to MEDZY for safety
Step 6: Track Your Care
- Get real-time updates on:
- Chat with providers or MEDZY support
- Access prescriptions and reports in your dashboard
- o Provider assignment
- o Arrival & service status
Step 7: Rate & Review
- Rate the service after completion
- Share feedback to help maintain quality
